Waddey Acheson client 'Friends of Belle Meade Boulevard' successful in stopping sidewalk proposal for iconic Belle Meade Boulevard

Earlier this year, the nonprofit neighborhood group, "Friends of Belle Meade Boulevard,' hired founding partner Chanelle Acheson to represent them in their efforts to stop the City of Belle Meade from building sidewalks on each side of the median down the iconic Nashville street. On Thursday, the City Commission approved an ordinance prohibiting sidewalks on the street as well as a long-term maintenance program for Belle Meade Boulevard.
